LET'S BAKE: Buns

100g (4oz) Self Raising Flour
100g (4oz) Margarine
100g (4oz) Sugar
2 eggs, beaten

  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Fold in egg and flour a little bit at a time.
  2. Bake at 190°c, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 minutes.
Variations: Cherry, Walnut, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip
